Crl.MP.Nos.8096, 8098 and 8100 of 2017 in Crl.RC.No.870, 871 and 872 of 2017 P.VELMURUGAN.J., Pursuant to the order dated 29.06.2017, the petitioners have been released on bail with certain conditions.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners were not ready to argue the matter and not cooperated with the Court and they are enjoying the suspension of sentence.

3. Therefore, the order passed by this Court dated 29.06.2017, is vacated and the suspension of sentence granted by this Court is also revoked.

4. The trial Court is directed to issue non bailable warrant to the accused and secure the custody of the accused through jurisdictional police station, to undergo the remaining period of imprisonment.

5. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, post the main cases on 30.04.2019.
