ORDER

It is noted that the petitioner has lodged the complaint on 08.10.2020 and without exhausting the time limit of 15 days, this Criminal Original Petition seems to have been filed by the petitioner. On this ground alone, this petition is not maintainable in the light of the decision rendered by the Division Bench of this Court reported in 2018 2 LW 489 (G.Prabhakaran vs. The Superintendent of Police, Thanjavur). the complaint lodged by the petitioner has been closed on 13.10.2020.

2. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to adhere to the guidelines fixed by the Division Bench of this Court as mentioned supra. The respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice on the defacto complainant.
