Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased To condone the dealy of 94 days in representing the petition CMP.Sr.151737 of 2019 in C.M.S.A. 26 of 2014 (in CMP.No.12077 of 2020).

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.GURURAJ, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in re-presenting the petition in C.M.P.Sr.151737 of 2019 in C.M.S.A.No.26 of 2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.
