Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned Letter No.4263/K2/2011-43 dated 25.02.2020 issued by the first respondent herein namely the Government of Tamil Nadu represented by the Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare(K2) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, quash the same as non-est in the eye of law and to consequently direct the first respondent herein to regulate the period of absence from duty from 10.02.1995 to 25.06.
1998, the day when the petitioner reported for duty as leave to which the petitioner is eligible on medical grounds with attendant, service and monetary benefits and the period from 26.06.1998 to 27.03.1999 as compulsory wait and with a further direction to the first respondent herein namely the Government of Tamil Nadu represented by the Secretary to Government, Health and Family Welfare(K2) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009, and draw and disburse all consequential terminal and retirement benefits due to the petitioner and consequently direct the fourth respondent herein https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
to sanction the pension payable to the petitioner on and from 01.08.2007 onwards including arrears of pension within a time frame.
