O R D E R

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned IV Additional District Munsif, Salem to dispose of the O.S. No. 204 of 2017 within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner filed suit against the Respondent seeking permanent injunction restraining them from in any manner disturbing or evicting the Respondents from the Suit property except under due process of law. He further submitted that even written statement has not been filed and the issues have not been framed in the suit and there is no progress in this case.

3. This is the suit of the year 2017. The fact that even written statement is not filed, shows that there is not much progress in this case. Therefore, the Learned IV Additional District Munsif, Salem is directed to ensure that the Respondent files written statement immediately, frame 2/4

issues and dispose the suit on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

4. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
