Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.

MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 26.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply the conditions imposed by this Honorable Court in Crl.OP.No12701 of 2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall comply the conditions from 20.09.2021 onwards and appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required. All other conditions remain unaltered.
