This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to remove the Horn Type Loud Speaker from the eighth respondent-Mosque. 2.
Mr. E. Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that based on the status report filed by the sixth respondent-Police, the Horn Type Loud Speaker has been removed by the Mosque and the same can be recorded by this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the representation made by the learned Special Government Pleader can be recorded and appropriate orders can be passed in this writ petition.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and subsequent development that has been taken place in this case, the status report filed by the sixth respondent and the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.

This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
