Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue 'E' Form Licence to the theatre of the petitioner viz. Murugan Theatre situated at No.1, Palamanear Road, Pitchanoor, Gudiyatham on such conditions regarding payment of tax arrears as may be deemed fit in the circumstances of the case and thus render Justice.

ORDER
The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue 'E' Form Licence to the theatre of the petitioner viz. Murugan Theatre situated at No.1, Palamanear Road, Pitchanoor, Gudiyatham.
2.When the matter was called on 08.06.2018 in the morning both parties are absent and again the matter was passed over to 2:15 p.m in the afternoon. In the afternoon second respondent counsel was present but, there was no representation for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petitioner and the matter was posted on 11.06.2018, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter is called there is no representation for the petitioner, hence the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
