ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the FIR in Crime No.645 of 2024 dated 28.07.2024 registered for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2), 118(1) and 351 (3) of B.N.S. Act, 2023 on the file of the first respondent police

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram, through e-filing No.LTN20220002713C202400504.

3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the 2 nd respondent, notice to the 2 nd respondent is dispensed with.

4. In view of the fact that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
