order passed in WP.No.34109/2017 dt. 03/07/2018 of this Hon'ble court, till the (IN CMP No.14749/2018) pending disposal of this WA.1834/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAVI KUMAR PAUL, SENIOR COUNSIL for the petitioner and of MR.D.RAVICHANDAR, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for Respondents 1 to 6 on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is no reference to the assignment order. The patta issued in favour of the appellant has been cancelled. The sale deed was in the year 2006 and the cancellation order was passed in the year 2017. These aspects have not been considered by the learned Single Judge.

Considering the same, there shall be an order of interim stay pending disposal of the appeal and the miscellaneous petition stands disposed of.
