This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1682 of in Crl.O.P.No.21872 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e. 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.1682 of in Crl.O.P.No.21872 of 2022 dated 08.02.2023, is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
