Ms.Thillainayagi, learned counsel who undertakes to file vakalat for R1 would submit that R1 has no objection to the condonation of delay of 63 days in filing the Writ Appeal.

Likewise, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for R2 and R3 as well.

2. Hence, and also for the reasons set out in paragraphs 11 and 12 of the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 63 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for admission.

4. The name of Ms.Thillainayagi, learned counsel for R1, will, by consent expressed by her, continue in the cause list as and when the Writ Appeal is listed for hearing.
