ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents police not to harass the petitioner in the guise of false complaint lodged by one Jaiganesh and his father Mohandoss, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no complaint lodged against the petitioner before the respondent police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction that the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondent police.
