(Order of the Court was made by Dr.ANITA SUMANTH.,J.) Leave is granted for the following reasons:

i) One Lakshmi Laser Maria has filed W.P.No.1207 of 2025 seeking a mandamus for cancellation of allegedly illegal documents registered by the District Registrar, Chengalpet under proceedings in C.No.1865/DSP/ALGSC/11 dated 19.05.2012.

ii) According to the petitioner, the same Writ Petitioner had moved W.P.No.22226 of 2023, also seeking similar prayer. That Writ Petition had been disposed on 27.07.2023 directing the parties to approach the Civil Court for effective adjudication of the issues.

iii) Pursuant to that order, the parties have also approached the District Munsif Court, Chengalpet and filed O.S.No.90 of 2024. The present petitioner claims to have impleaded himself in that Suit.

iv) Prima facie, a perusal of the affidavit filed in W.P.No.1207 of 2025 does not reveal that the Writ Petition has even disclosed the filing of the earlier Writ Petition in W.P.No.22226 of 2023 and the Civil Suit.
