By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. A representation was given by the petitioner's father on 05.06.2015, seeking issuance of patta in his daughter's name, being the authorised power holder. He has also enclosed the sale deed in favour of his daughter as well as the encumbrance certificate. As the said request is not considered till now, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 05.06.2015, made by the petitioner's father, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the third parties, if any. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
