This petition has been filed to quash the summon in C.C.No.525 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Puducherry, thereby taken cognizance for the offences under Sections 408, 418 and 420 of IPC.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) would submit that the parties are entered into compromise and the proceedings in C.C.No.525 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Puducherry has been closed.
