ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal in diary No.127885/14 filed under the Right to Information Act. 2.
The petitioner being aggrieved by the order passed by the first Appellate Authority under the Right to Information Act dated 20-03-2014 viz., the second respondent herein had preferred an appeal to the first respondent-Central Information Commission. The appeal was sent by speed post on 05-04-2014. The petitioner's appeal petition was received byt he Central Information Commission and by memo dated 03-09-2014, the appeal was returned under Rule 9 read with Rule 8 of Right to Information Rules for removing the deficiencies pointed out therein. It may be seen that five deficiencies have been pointed out.

According to the petitioner, he has complied with the deficiencies and re-submitted the applications on 13-09-2014 and the same was sent by speed post.

On request, the learned Additional Solicitor General has accepted the notice for the first respondent. 5.
Taking into consideration the submission of the petitioner that he has already re-presented the appeal before the first respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to verify as to whether the appeal has been re-presented after removing all the deficiencies pointed out, and as to whether the appeal is in order and in such case, he is further directed to hear and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible in terims of the provisions of the Right to Information Act. 6.
