The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to give police protection to the petitioners.

2. It is seen that the land was once surveyed on 08.04.2015 by the Head Surveyor. during which time police have provided protection to the petitioner. As the petitioner is not happy with the head surveyor, he applied to the District Surveor for conducting resurvey.

3. When the District Surveyor comes for surveying the property, the respondent police is directed to give police protection for carrying out the survey.

4. The criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
