Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.MATHIVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to pay the cost by an order dated 01.04.2021 in CRP (PD) No.795 of 2017.

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time granted by this Court to deposit the amount by an order dated 01.04.2021 in CRP (PD) No.795 of 2017 is extended for a further period of two weeks. The petitioner is directed to deposit the amount before the Legal Service Authorities, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the Court below is directed to proceed the case.
