This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9376 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 to stay at Tiruvallur and sign before the Inspector of Police, Tiruvallur Town Police Station daily instead of staying at Dindigul and sign before the Inspector of Police, Dingigul Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9376 of 2023 dated 27.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
