(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the Public Interest Litigation. The Fee Committee is there which scrutinises the matter of fee fixation, as also any other payment received surreptitiously. If there is any parent who complains, it could be dealt with by the Fee Committee as the petitioner is not an aggrieved party.

2. The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
