ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Ms.Narmada Sampath, learned Additional Advocate General has invited the attention of the Court to paragraph 13 of the judgment to contend that there is an error apparent on the face of the record, inasmuch as the Division Bench did not properly notice the fact that the respondent had himself not disclosed correct facts.
2. There is a delay of 392 days in filing of this Review Application. The explanation given is not satisfactory and therefore, we are not inclined to condone the delay in filing of the Review Application.
3. Even otherwise the contention raised does not fall within the corners of error apparent on the face of the record as the judgment records findings upon appreciation of relevant facts that does not disclose any material having been omitted or ignored. The delay condonation petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Consequently, the Review Application is also rejected. (A.P.S., CJ.) (S.P., J.) 22.01.2020 Index : Yes/No bbr
