This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the petitioners/proposed appellants 13 to 15 herein as legal representative of deceased 2nd appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr.V.Nicholas, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the 2nd appellant died on 17.04.2022. Hence, to implead his legal heirs, he has filed the above petition.

3. Mr.Abhinav Parthasarathy, learned counsel for 1st respondent, Mrs.Srimathi, learned counsel for respondents 2 to 6, Mr.C.Ramesh, learned counsel for 7th respondent and Mr.T.M.Hariharan, learned counsel for Respondents 8 to 11 appeared and submitted that they have no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representative of the 2nd appellant are impleaded as appellants 13 to 15 in the above Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 05.10.2023. 28.08.2023 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
