This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.10 (b) imposed in the order dated 05.04.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7480 of 2023 in crime No.59 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, CSCID, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
