ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22357 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from the date of his initial appointment in the light of the order of this Court passed in W.A.No.139 of 2008 dated 30.04.2008, within a period of eight weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with and the first respondent passed order in G.O.(Ms).No.310 Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department dated 07.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the order dated 07.07.2025 passed by the first respondent before this Court.
