RESPONDENTS Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the respondents in the prospectus for admission to MBBS/BDS courses 2016-17 session in so far as Serial No.II (4) is concerned and quash the same as illegal incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to relax the age criteria for the petitioner and provide the petitioner with admission in appropriate medical college.
