This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner named Reegan Ujakar in Crl.M.P.No.5415 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6280 of 2023 dated 25.04.2023, passed by this Court to appear before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirukovilur on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is practising as a Junior Advocate before this Court, it is difficult for him to comply with the aforesaid condition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.5415 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6280 of 2023 vide order dated 25.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
