... Respondents Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for willful disobedience and disrespect of the order passed in W.P.No.22328 of 2022, its common order dated 23.07.2024.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.22328 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service with effect from the date of his initial appointment, in the light of the order of this Court passed in W.A.No.139 of 2008 dated 30.04.2008.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents regularized the service of the petitioner and passed order in G.O.(Ms)No.310 Health and Family Welfare (C2) Department, dated 07.07.2025. He also produced a copy of the government order dated 07.07.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands

closed.
