ORDER

Admittedly as against the order impugned by which, a fit person has been appointed a revision would lie under Section 114-A of the HR & CE Act.

2. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in a manner known to law, within a period four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, in view of the submissions made, both the parties are directed to maintain status quo till such time. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
