This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7097 of in Crl.O.P.No.10692 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Crime Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7097 of in Crl.O.P.No.10692 of 2023 dated 17.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Crime Police Station on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
