This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to permit the petitioners to take publication (Substituted service) in one issue of Makkal Kural, Evening daily for the 9th respondent Mrs.Vaikarai Senthilkumar and complete the service.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.G.Poonkundran learned counsel for petitioners/appellants appeared and submitted that earlier, when the matter came up for hearing, this Court instructed the appellants to take publication for 9th respondent. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to permit him to take publication.

3. Mr.B.Ullagavelan, learned counsel for 4th respondent appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and on considering submissions of learned counsel for petitioners, in the interest of justice, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are permitted to take substituted service by way of paper publication on the 9th respondent in one issue of Makkal Kural, Evening daily having wide circulation in the locality at Chennai stating that the above Second Appeal will be taken up for hearing on 12.07.2023.

5. Post the matter on 12.07.2023.
