This application has been filed by the applicant, to appoint an Advocate Commissioner with full powers to unlock the premises admeasuring 3618 sq.ft. (carpet area) in the first floor of TIDEL Park and to remove all articles and goods from the premises and to hand over the premises and the articles and goods in the premises to the applicant after making an inventory of the same.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that an Advocate Commissioner was already appointed in this application and the proceedings for arbitration has already over and now, it is pending for passing award.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives for further adjudication and hence, this application stands closed. Sd/.N.S.K.J.
