ORDER

By consent of both parties, the present writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. A representation was made by the petitioner dated 18.10.2015 to the 3rd respondent stating that the legal heir certificate issued by him requires to be cancelled for the reasons stated that the persons, who have been acknowledged as legal heirs, are not the actual legal heirs of the deceased Ramadu. Seeking to dispose of the said representation dated 18.10.2015, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Considering the above and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 18.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the persons, who have been shown as legal heirs of the deceased Ramadu. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
