2. Thaiyalnayagi Kadirvelu, 3. Ramesh Govindaraj 4. Murugavel.G. 5. Suresh Govindaraj 6. Senthilnathan.G 7. Viruthambigai Govindaraj 8. Saminathan Govindaraj 9. Mangalavalli Govindaraj as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 10 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
