By consent this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The case of the petitioner is that her father C.Ponnusamy who was working as a Village Assistant at Edayapalayam Village at Tirupur District died in harness on 04.08.2014. The petitioner being one of the Legal Heirs submitted an application on 29.11.2014 to the respondent seeking compassionate appointment enclosing the relevant documents.

3. The petitioner would further state that third respondent verified her entire documents and after conducting enquiry forwarded the same to the first respondent for further action in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1173/2014/A2 dated .01.2015. But, it has not been considered by the respondent so far. Hence, the present Writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.V.Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the proposal sent by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1173/2014/A2 dated .01.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
