Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records on the file of 2nd respondent in proceedings LR.No.SE/SEDC/SLM/AOR/AAO-HT/AS-1/JA1/F.HTSC.297.D.No.111/2021 dated 27.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to revise the dues for the month of May, 2021, during which there was no operation towards consumption charges and to direct the 1st respondents to permit the petitioner to pay any such revised amount in installments and for consequential orders.

This petition has been filed to call for the records on the file of 2nd respondent in proceedings LR.No.SE/SEDC/SLM/AOR/AAO-HT/AS-1/JA-1/F.HTSC.297.D.No.111/2021 dated 27.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondents to revise the dues for the month of May, 2021, during which there was no operation towards consumption charges and to direct the 1st respondents to permit the petitioner to pay any such revised amount in installments and for consequential orders. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditions imposed by this Court by order dated 24.08.2021 has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
