The application is being filed to set aside the order of dismissal of suit for default on 17.03.2021 and to restore the above suit to the file of this Court.

2. In the suit, the defendants have remained absent and therefore, paper publication was effected, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.09.2022. The applicant/plaintiff has also now filed copies of the paper publication effected along with the proof of affidavit of service. In view of the above, the application is allowed. Accordingly, order dated 17.03.2021 is recalled and the above suit is restored to the file of this Court.

3. List this case on 19.12.2022.
