PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the Respondents from in any manner interfering with the Petitioner's possession and enjoyment of his property comprised in Re-Survey No.344/9, measuring 117 Square Meters (1,117 Square Feet) situated at Vallimadhuram Village, Tiittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District, and consequently direct the Respondents to permit the petitioner to reside in his property.
