(i) C.M.P.No11534 of 2022 is filed to condone the delay of 519 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased 3rd appellant Gomathi in the above second appealin SA.No.691 of 2020 on the file of this Court.

(ii) C.M.P.No.11649 of 2022 is filed to set aside the abatement of the above second appeal SA.No.691 of 2020 on the file of this Court due to the death of the deceased 3rd appellant Gomathi.

(iii) C.M.P.No.11657 of 2022 is filed to bring the petitioners 6 to 9 herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant Gomathi, by ranking them as the appellants 6 to 9 in the above second appeal in SA.No.691 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 7. Though the respondents 8 and 9 were served and their names being printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them today when the matter is called.

3. The learned Govt. Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 has no objection to allow these petitions. A.A. NAKKIRAN, J.

4. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of these petitions and in view of no objection expressed by the learned Govt. Advocate (Pondicherry) appearing for the respondents 1 to 7, these applications are allowed. The petitioners 6 to 9 are recognized as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant and they are ranked as appellants 6 to 9 in SA.No.691 of 2020.
