2.In view of the fact that the principal accused in this case who were convicted of the offences under Section 302 IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment have been acquitted by a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in C.A.Nos.813, 818 of 2013 and C.A.Nos.19 of 2014 on 06.06.2016 (reported in (2017) 1 MLJ (Crl) 149 in the case of Palanisamy and others Vs. State represented by the Inspector of Police, Kadathur Police Station, Erode District). This Court does not find any infirmity in the acquittal of the respondents herein of the lesser offences. Hence, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
