ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No. 24276 of 2021 dated 06.03.2024.

2. The contemnor is present before this Court. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that against some of the orders passed in the Writ Petitions, Writ Appeals have been filed and in which, an order of stay has been granted.

3. In fact, it has been specifically observed in the order of the Writ Appellate Court that an interim order of stay on condition if the respondent employee succeeds in the Writ Appeal, the reduced pay scale as per the impugned order which was challenged before the Writ Court will be calculated and be paid to him with arrears.

4. In view of the above order of the Writ Appellate Court, this Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
