Mr.J.Ravindran, AAG, assisted by Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, GA Common Order These Contempt Petitions have been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.24277, 24273, 24270, 24274 and 24278 of 2021 dated 06.03.2024.

2. The contemnor is present before this Court. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submitted that against some of the orders passed in the Writ Petitions, Writ Appeals have been filed and in which, an order of stay has been granted.

3. In fact, it has been specifically observed in the order of the Writ Appellate Court that interim order of stay on condition if the respondent employees succeed in the Writ Appeal, the reduced pay scale as per the

impugned order which was challenged before the Writ Court will be calculated and be paid to them with arrears.

4. In view of the above order of the Writ Appellate Court, these Contempt Petitions are closed for the present.
