Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorari by calling for the records leading to the passing of the impugned order issued by the 2nd respondent vide proceedings in F/M/vz;/brbgh/,g/k/Jiw/epnk/c.1/nfh/jdp//2015 dated 22.08.2015, and quash the same.

By consent this Writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order of the second respondent dated 22.08.2015.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.A.Tamilvanan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Varalakshmi, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking retransfer and if the representation is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.
5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation to the second respondent seeking re-transfer, within a period of two weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 4 weeks thereafter. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
