ORDER
The petitioner seeks for the following relief: " to direct the 1 st respondent to survey the petitioner house plot properties situated at Chennai, Palavakkam, Village Joint Patta No 3490 in survey 35, sub division 3A which is total extent of 0.5.19 based on the petitioner on line application along with survey fee No 2025 / 0123 / 02 / 00124 dated 21.04.2025 consequently direct the 2 nd respondent to provide adequate police protection on the date and time of land survey by the 1 st respondent"
2. When the matter came up for hearing, M/s. R.L. Karthika, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, stated that the survey will be conducted within a period of four weeks from today, and the property will be demarcated.
3. It is made clear that the statement is recorded as an undertaking given by the first respondent to this Court. At the time of survey, in case of any law and order issue, the Surveyor can approach the second respondent for protection. The second respondent shall afford protection to the Surveyor appointed by the first respondent.
