This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for the suit claim of Rs.4,62,00,000/- failing which pass an order of attachment before judgment of the schedule mentioned property disposal of the above suit.

2. The Division Bench of this Court by an order dated 21.12.2023 directed the respondent to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,00,000/- to the credit of the suit, on or before 31.12.2023 and report compliance to this Court on 03.01.2024. Since the same could not be complied with, the respondent herein sought permission of this Court to withdraw the O.S.A.No.153/2023, accordingly, the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 03.01.2024.

3. In view of the same, there shall be an Order of attachment of the property described in the schedule and the Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the concerned Sub Registrar.
