Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner with regards to payable of terminal benefits such as Provident fund, Leave salary, Gratuity etc. The petitioner husband retired on 30.06.2022 along with interest for the belated payment and first and past orders within a limited time frame in the light of her Representation dated 01.08.2023.

By consent of both the learned counsel for the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage itself.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner with regards to payable of terminal benefits such as Provident fund, Leave salary, Gratuity etc. The petitioner husband retired on 30.06.2022 along with interest for the belated payment and first and past orders within a 2/6

limited time frame in the light of her Representation dated 01.08.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband retired from service on 30.06.2022 and thereafter, he died on 04.07.2022. It is the further submission of the petitioner that since then the petitioner has been sending representation to settle the terminal benefits of her husband, however, there is a delay on the part of the respondents.

At this juncture, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent, on written instruction from the Administrator of S.629 P.Nallagoundanpatty Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, would submit that they will settle the terminal benefits, within a reasonable time.

6. In such view of the above fair submission, without going into the 3/6

merits of the writ petition, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to settle the terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is made clear that the petitioner is required to submit the relevant documents as sought by the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 06.08.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking order /Non Speaking Order dm 4/6
