ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order dated 08.06.2026, the condition imposed by this Court has been fully complied with. The petitioner has paid the directed amount to the respondent. The remaining amount of Rs. 1,40,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Forty Thousand only) has been paid today through a Demand Draft drawn in favour of the respondent. A photocopy of the said Demand Draft is taken on record. 2.Mr. P. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the respondent, submits that the condition imposed by this Court on 08.06.2026 has been complied with and the respondent has received the entire amount as directed by this Court. He further acknowledges the receipt of Rs.1,40,000/- today by demand draft in the name of the respondent, confirming that no further amount remains due. 3.Accordingly, Crl.M.P.No.
9318 of 2026 stands closed. 4.At request of the learned counsel for the respondent, the respondent is granted two weeks' time to file the counter-affidavit in the main matter. One week time thereafter is granted to the petitioner to file the rejoinder affidavit in the main matter.
5.Put up the main case in CRL R.C.No.655 of 2026 for final hearing on 30.09.2026.
