ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.360 Home (Courts) Department, dated 03.04.2001 passed by the 1st respondent attaching the properties belonging to the petitioner under Section 3 of The Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 1997.

2. Admittedly, the order impugned in this petition is only an interim order of attachment. Pursuant to the above said order of interim attachment, the authorities has to approach the concerned court seeking to make the interim order of attachment as absolute. If the petitioner has got any grievance over the interim order of attachment, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the court concerned and raise all her objections and she cannot challenge the interim order of attachment by way of writ petition.

3. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court and raise all his objections. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
