Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondent Board from evicting the petitioner at Flat No.589 Power Kuppam Pagudhi -II, Kasipuram A Block, 2nd Street, Royapuram, Chennai 600 013 (WMP NO.17083 OF 2019) pending the disposal of the WP.NO.17625 OF 2019.

Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.KAMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to grant an interim injunction restraining the respondent Board from evicting the petitioner at Flat No.589, Power Kuppam PagudhiII, Kasipuram A Block, 2nd Street, Royapuram, Chennai 600 013 pending the disposal of the above Writ Petition.

2. The relief sought in this Miscellaneous Petition is the same as the relief sought in the main Writ Petition, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
