ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking leave to file the Civil Revision Petition challenging the Award passed in the Lok Adalat. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Leave is sought by the third parties to the suit. According to the petitioners, the subject property was already allotted to different parties in a partition of the year 1971. Whereas, the suit in O.S.No.39 of 2023 has been filed by the other co-owners in collusion among themselves including the survey number which was allotted to the petitioners in the partition of the year 1971 and obtained lok adalat award.

3. As the rights of the third parties is also involved and the same is subject matter of the partition of year 1971, this petition is Ordered and leave is granted.
